Probably going with
1 Unit of Levies (12 models)
2 Units of Warriors (16 models total)
3 Units of Hearthguard (12 models total)
1 Warlord
One of the Units of Hearthguard will also be modelled in Chariots. (Four horses and 4 models)
The Warlord will also be modelled in a Chariot. (Two more horses)
So it looks like 41 Units, 6 horses, and three chariots. First game is 1 June.
I have built the first warrior and hearthguard unit.
The building and painting begins.
nice start! My suggestion would be to aim for a 4 point warband to start with imagine that would at least be enough to get going in June. That is my plan at least.
